Egg Mayo Roti
Ingredients:
-1 roti
-1 egg
-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
3. Spread the mayonnaise over the roti.
4. Place the scrambled egg on top of the mayonnaise.
5. Fold the roti in half and press down lightly.
6. Cook the roti in the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve the Egg Mayo Roti warm. Enjoy!
