- 500g beef mince
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

3. Add the beef mince to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
4. In a separate pot, boil the potato slices for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
5. In a greased baking dish, layer the potato slices on the bottom, followed by the cooked beef mince mixture and broccoli florets.
6. Pour the beef broth over the casserole and cover with foil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the foil, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
