Tapioca with Garlic and Broth
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tapioca
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
2. Add the tapioca and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the flour and stir until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
