Tilapia and Tuna Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice

- 2 tilapia fillets
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the tilapia and tuna steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

4. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Remove the fish from the oven and flake into the skillet.

7. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

8. Serve the Tilapia and Tuna Rice Bowl warm. Enjoy!
