Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 cups French vanilla ice cream
- 6 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Soften the ice cream in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
2. Spread the softened ice cream onto three of the graham crackers.
3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the ice cream.
4. Place the remaining three graham crackers on top of the ice cream and chocolate chips.
5. Gently press down on the graham crackers to create a sandwich.
6. Place the sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
