Grilled Chicken and Zucchini Skewers
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 round zucchini, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
3. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the different ingredients.
4. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve the skewers hot. Enjoy!
