Spicy Peanut Butter Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small chilies, minced
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
3. Add the soy sauce, peanut butter, tahini, garlic, and chilies to the skillet and stir to combine.
