6-Ingredient Ice Cream Coconut and Peanut

Ingredients:

- 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

3. Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, add the chopped peanuts and churn for a few more minutes.

4. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

5. Serve the ice cream with extra chopped peanuts, if desired. Enjoy!
