Recipe Name: Air Fryer Chicken and Rice Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- Cooked pasta (optional)
- Pickles, chopped
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- Wraps

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, scrambled eggs, diced onion, bell pepper, tomato, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
2. Add in the cooked pasta if desired for extra texture and flavor.
3. Take a wrap and place a spoonful of the rice and chicken mixture in the center.
4. Top with some chopped pickles and mashed potatoes.
5. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling and roll it up tightly.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
7. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
8. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.
