Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, mixed herbs, and minced garlic, ensuring they are evenly coated.
3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
4. Add the sliced green and red peppers around the chicken breasts in the basket.
5. Air fry the chicken and peppers for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
6. Halfway through cooking, flip the chicken breasts and stir the peppers for even cooking.
7. Once done, remove the chicken and peppers from the air fryer.
8. Serve the herb and garlic chicken with the peppers on a plate and enjoy your delicious meal!
