Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 10 dates, pitted and chopped
- Assorted fruits of your choice (such as berries or sliced peaches)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and chopped dates. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with honey until well combined. Spread this mixture over the cooled almond date crust.
5. Arrange the assorted fruits on top of the mascarpone layer.
6. Sprinkle the raisins and chopped pistachios over the fruits.
7. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the fruits and nuts.
8. Dust the tart with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
9. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
