Almond Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
-1 cup almond flour
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons water
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon melted butter
-1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, water, melted butter, and honey.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
6. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown.
7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
