Almond Oat Date Bars
Ingredients:
-1 cup of almonds
-1 cup of oats
-1/2 cup of dates, pitted and chopped
-1/4 cup of stevia
-1/4 cup of nuts of your choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oats until they are finely ground.
3. Add the dates, stevia, and nuts and pulse until everything is combined.
4. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
5. Spread the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
