Apple Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked rice, chicken cubes, diced apple, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

5. Serve warm and enjoy!
