Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
5. Heat a lightly greased griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
7. Cook until the edges are golden brown and bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes.
8. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
9. Serve with butter and syrup. Enjoy!
