Recipe Name: Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 packet yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the diced apples and cook until they are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
2. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, remaining 2 tbsp of butter (melted), vanilla extract, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
6. Spread the cooked apples evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 1-inch thick rolls. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
