Apple Cinnamon Walnut Cake


-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1/4 cup honey
-1 cup almond flour
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 apples, peeled and diced
-1/2 cup walnuts, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the cocoa powder, honey, almond flour, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

3. Add the diced apples and walnuts and stir until evenly distributed.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
