Apple Cocoa Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups biscuit crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons jam
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the biscuit mixture and stir until combined.
5. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter.
6. Spread the biscuit mixture into the pan and top with diced apples.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool for 10 minutes.
9. Spread jam over the top of the cake and serve. Enjoy!
