Apple Custard Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups custard
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
4. Pour the apple mixture into the crust.
5. Pour the custard over the apple mixture.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and the crust is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
