Apple Jam Cocoa Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup apple jam
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and apple jam until light and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, milk, and eggs until combined.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the butter and jam mixture and mix until combined.
5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
