Apple Spinach Avocado Tofu Bowl
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup cubed tofu
-1/2 cup diced carrots
-1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
-1/2 cup diced apple
-1/2 cup chopped spinach
-1/2 avocado, diced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the tofu, carrots, and chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the apple and spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the avocado.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the Apple Spinach Avocado Tofu Bowl warm. Enjoy!
