Arroz con Albóndigas y Espagueti

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of arroz
- 1 package of albóndigas
- 1/2 pound of espagueti
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the arroz according to package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened.

3. Add the albóndigas and cook until browned.

4. Add the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, cook the espagueti according to package instructions.

6. To serve, combine the cooked arroz, albóndigas, and espagueti in a large bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
