Make Arroz con Fideo, Lenteja, Papá y Cebolla

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup fideo pasta
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and diced potato, and sauté until the onion is translucent and the potato starts to soften.
3. Add the fideo pasta to the pot and cook until it starts to brown slightly.
4. Stir in the rice, lentils, salt, and pepper, and mix well with the other ingredients.
5. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice, lentils, and potato are cooked through.
7. Once cooked, fluff the mixture with a fork and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
