Recipe Name: Arroz con Huevos
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of arroz (rice)
- 1 cebolla (onion), diced
- 2 huevos (eggs)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse the arroz under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced cebolla and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the arroz to the saucepan and stir to coat the rice with the onion and oil mixture.
4. Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
5. In a separate pan, fry the huevos to your desired doneness.
