Arroz con Huevos y Pimiento Rojo
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked arroz
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of diced red pepper
- ½ cup of diced onion
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced onion. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the diced red pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked arroz and stir to combine.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
