Arroz con Huevos y Queso
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of cheese (your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pasta (optional)
- Potatoes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
3. If using pasta, cook it separately according to package instructions.
4. If using potatoes, peel and dice them, then cook in a separate pan until tender.
5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
7. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the eggs, onion, and garlic.
8. Stir in the cooked pasta and/or potatoes if using.
9. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cover the pan until the cheese is melted.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Arroz con Huevos y Queso!
