Arroz con Jamon y Queso

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked arroz
- 2 tablespoons of manteca
- 4 ounces of jamon crudo, diced
- 4 ounces of queso, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of mayonesa
- 1 teaspoon of sriracha

Instructions:

1. Heat the manteca in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced jamon crudo and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cooked arroz and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the shredded queso and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the mayonesa and sriracha.

6. Serve the arroz con jamon y queso warm. Enjoy!
