Recipe Name: Arroz con Pollo

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken (pollo)
- 2 eggs (huevos)
- Salt (sal)
- Pepper (pimienta)
- 1 cup rice (arroz)
- 1 onion (cebolla)
- 1 tomato

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and brown the chicken on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and tomato until softened.
4. Add the rice to the skillet and stir to coat with the onion and tomato mixture.
5. Place the chicken back into the skillet on top of the rice.
6. Pour in enough water to cover the rice and chicken, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
7. In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
8. Serve the arroz con pollo hot, topped with the fried eggs.
