Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 lb of chicken, cut into small pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
