Make Arroz de Alho com Queijo
Recipe Name: Arroz de Alho com Queijo
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of queijo (cheese), grated
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 4 cups of water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the rice to the pot and stir well to coat the rice with the garlic-infused oil.
3. Pour in the water and add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the rice simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
5. Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the grated queijo until it melts and combines with the rice.
6. Serve the Arroz de Alho com Queijo hot as a delicious and cheesy side dish. Enjoy!
