Make Arroz de Alho com Queijo e Macarrão

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of arroz (rice)
- 3 cloves of alho (garlic), minced
- 1 cup of queijo (cheese), shredded
- 1 cup of macarrão (pasta)
- 2 cups of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the minced alho (garlic) and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the arroz (rice) and stir to coat the grains with the oil.
4. Pour in the water and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the rice cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
