Recipe Name: Arroz de Frango
Ingredients:
- 4 ovos
- 500g frango, diced
- 2 cups arroz
- 300g massa
- Sal, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the arroz. Cook until the arroz is tender, then drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat some oil and add the frango. Cook until the frango is browned and cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, beat the ovos and season with a pinch of sal.
4. Add the ovos to the frango in the pan and scramble until cooked.
5. Add the cooked arroz to the pan with the frango and ovos. Mix well to combine.
6. In a separate pot, cook the massa according to package instructions.
7. Once the massa is cooked, drain and add it to the pan with the arroz, frango, and ovos. Mix everything together.
