Make Asado Durazno y Aceituna
Asado Durazno y Aceituna
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of asado
- 2 tablespoons of café
- 2 duraznos, pitted and diced
- 10 olives, pitted and diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the asado in a roasting pan and rub the café into the meat.
3. Roast the asado for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the asado from the oven and add the duraznos and olives.
5. Return the asado to the oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Remove the asado from the oven and sprinkle the fresh mint over the top.
7. Serve the asado durazno y aceituna warm. Enjoy!
