Asian Carp with Fish Paste

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs Asian carp, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons fish paste
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 green chillies, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks lemon grass, finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the Asian carp cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the fish paste, fish sauce, green chillies, and lemon grass. Stir to combine.

4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
