Asian-Style Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Cook for another 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for another 3 minutes.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
