Make Asian-Style Fried Rice
Asian-Style Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 package firm tofu, diced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 lb. pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef and chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, and rice and stir to combine.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the rice is heated through.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
