Asian-Style Noodle Bowl

Ingredients:

-2 cups cooked rice
-1/2 package egg noodles
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-3 tablespoons canola oil
-2 tablespoons sugar
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoons rice vinegar
-4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-2 tablespoons butter
-1/2 package spaghetti noodles
-1/2 pound ground beef
-1 boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
-1/2 pound ground pork
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
-1 cup pasta sauce

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.

2. Add the egg noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Drain the noodles and set aside.

5. In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over medium heat.

6. Add the ground beef, chicken, and pork and cook until browned.

7. Add the bread crumbs, sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar and stir to combine.

8. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.

9. Add the pasta sauce and stir to combine.

10. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

11. In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

12. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

13. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

14. To assemble the noodle bowls, divide the noodle mixture among 4 bowls.

15. Top each bowl with the cooked rice and crumbled bacon.

16. Serve immediately.
