Make Attieke Poulet Poisson
Recipe Name: Attieke Poulet Poisson
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Attieke
- 1 chicken breast (poulet)
- 1 potato (pomme de terre)
- 1 fish fillet (poisson)
- Salt (sel)
- Maggi seasoning
- 1 onion (oignon)
- 1 cucumber (concombre)
- 1 tomato (tomate)
- Black pepper (poivre)
Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken breast in a pan with a little oil until fully cooked. Season with salt, Maggi, and black pepper. Set aside.
2. Boil the potato until tender, then dice into small pieces.
3. Season the fish fillet with salt and black pepper, then grill or pan-fry until cooked through. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, fluff the Attieke with a fork to separate the grains.
5. Chop the onion, cucumber, and tomato into small pieces.
6. Mix the Attieke with the diced potato, chopped vegetables, and flaked fish.
7. Slice the cooked chicken breast and arrange on top of the Attieke mixture.
8. Serve the Attieke Poulet Poisson with extra Maggi seasoning on the side. Enjoy!
