Make Aubergine Nudel Auflauf
Recipe: Aubergine Nudel Auflauf
Ingredients:
- 1 large aubergine, sliced
- 250g nudeln (pasta of your choice)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 200g käse (cheese), grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the nudeln according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced aubergine to the pan and cook until softened and slightly browned.
5. Season the aubergine with salt and pepper to taste.
6. In a baking dish, layer the cooked nudeln and aubergine mixture.
7. Sprinkle grated käse over the top of the dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Aubergine Nudel Auflauf!
