Make Avocado and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Avocado and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of your favorite bread

- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)

- 1/2 avocado, sliced

- 2 slices of tomato

- 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.

4. Place cheese slices on top of the bread.

5. Place avocado and tomato slices on top of the cheese.

6. Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the avocado and tomato.

7. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

8. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!
