Make Avocado Bacon Fried Rice
Avocado Bacon Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 strips of bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked steak, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until it is crispy, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and tomato and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top and stir to combine.
6. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the skillet and add the eggs to the center. Cook the eggs until they are scrambled, about 3 minutes.
7. Add the avocado and steak and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
