Avocado Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups of cooked, diced chicken
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, garlic powder, and avocado to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the tomato sauce and cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through.

6. Serve the avocado chicken pasta warm. Enjoy!
