Avocado Chicken Rice Bowl


- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Once cooked, dice the chicken.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced avocado, corn kernels, and black pepper.

4. Mix everything together until evenly combined.
