Ingredients:
- 2 Hühnchenbrust (chicken breasts)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Knoblauchzehen (garlic cloves), minced
- 4 Scheiben Kochschinken (slices of cooked ham)
- 4 EL Schmand (sour cream)
- Chili Mayo
- Pesto
- 1 Zitrone (lemon)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut a slit lengthwise into each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing.
3. In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the minced garlic.
4. Stuff each chicken breast with the avocado mixture and wrap 2 slices of cooked ham around each breast.
5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
6. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and a dollop of chili mayo. Spread this mixture over the stuffed chicken breasts.
7. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the chicken breasts.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Serve the stuffed chicken breasts with a drizzle of pesto on top.
