Bacon and Bean Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 6 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until it is crispy.
2. Add the beans and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
