Bacon and Egg Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the dish.
5. Top with bacon, cheese, and tomatoes.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
7. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
