Make Bacon and Egg Frittata
Bacon and Egg Frittata
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
3. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
4. Add diced tomato and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add egg mixture to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
6. Crumble bacon over the top of the frittata.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
