Bacon and Potato Egg Bake

Ingredients:

- 6 eggs
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pepper, and salt.

4. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with the diced bacon.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and bacon.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.

7. Dot the top with butter.

8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
