Make Bacon and Tomato Massa

Bacon and Tomato Massa


- 4 slices of bacon

- 1 cup of massa

- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the massa and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

5. Add the bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Serve the bacon and tomato massa warm. Enjoy!
