Bacon and Tomato Pasta with Crème Fraiche
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of crème fraiche
- 8 ounces of pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy.
2. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the crème fraiche and tomato. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked pasta and rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Serve the pasta with the banana slices on top. Enjoy!
