Bacon and Cheese Egg Bake
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
3. Place the bacon slices in the bottom of the dish.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon.
6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
